For a budget stay, Pavilion Inn is totally worth it. The room is clean, and spacious. There is a mall (Permy Mall) in front of the hotel. Located around 10 mins from the Miri-Brunei border, hence it would be a good option to stay here if you wish to travel to Brunei. You can make it to the border at no time, hence avoiding the long queue..

This hotel very near to "Survey Shopping Complex". During my journey "Borneo Unity Ride", my phone charger cable disappeared. So it is easy for me to get the new one from that phone boutique at the shopping complex.

location just next door to a shopping mall, a self laundry shop next block and pharmacy sharing same block. free digital tv such as youtube can watch videos direct from tv.

its super spacious, and sound proof i think, also the staff aren't that friendly but also not that bad, and the iron and iron board, we have to take it from the first floor

Iam satisfied with the services. Wifi have good connection. I love it. And also it was convenient. Like near shopping mall and restaurants.
